L’Auberge is a French fine dinning restaurant opened in heart of dubai and business hub of dubai World trade center. Bringing in Authentic French food in UAE for residents and specially to cater people visiting Exhibitions happening every month in Dubai world trade center.

Starting from Scratch

EFBA started this ambitius project By Mr. & Mrs Haymman With incorporating their Business in DWTC Freezone to make it a legal entity. Their Business License was done with legal contracts between the partners and the authority ( DWTC ).

Immigration Services

Moving on with the project EFBA Managed their immigration needs by getting them residents status under their Business alongside their family. All Visa and immigration things were done so they can legally operate in UAE as person.

Finding Real Estate

A hot property is need of a Food & beverage business. After research & following the niche & guidelines from the owners Efba managed to Secure a commercial unit of 3200 sqft. Including outdoor space for them in heart of dubai business hub DWTC. All the legal formalities were looked after by EFBA team including negotiating for rents, legal contracts and procedures to secure the place under their business license.

Design & Concept of business

Interior is something which increases the vibe for the guests. Efba team sourced right interior Designers for the place and implemented the instructions of the owners & the Dwtc authority to put the dreams into design and getting the Design approved from the right authorities of UAE. Covering Both 2D & 3D Design parts at this stage the idea of owners started to move towards reality.

Fitout & implementation Physically

After the necessary approval EFBA team as project management company hired right contractors for the fitout of the place. With given budget and maintaining the quality of work the work eventually started in February 2022.

Sourcing Right Suppliers

Alongside with the fitout works team EFBA had job on hands to find right suppliers of all needs of restaurant. Starting from the Décor, Furniture’s to kitchen equipment’s , the food suppliers , the branding & digital marketing team & the rest of suppliers needed to make the business operational.

HR & Team Sourcing

Without a good team no business can become successful. As EFBA we assure to cater the services which are at high quality. Starting from the right management i.e Restaurant manager , Accountant etc to the steward EFBA hired a team of professionals locally and abroad. All the right positions were covered by professional individuals. Team EFBA took care of all immigration related works for the team including their visas , Medical insurance , Emirates id
